By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. jjn33 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and will immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, forfeiting any Balance held therein in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.
2.2 Residency Requirement. The Platform is operated for and marketed to players residing in Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register an Account. jjn33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of Indonesian residency at any stage and to suspend access pending verification.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. By registering, you confirm that you are not acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship order, or court restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Individuals physically located in or residents of the following are ineligible to register or use the Platform: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Singapore, and any other jurisdiction in which online gambling services are explicitly prohibited by statute. jjn33 may update this list without prior notice. Use of VPN technology or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2.5 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent banning of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Process. Real Money Balance may only be withdrawn where: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) all applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds have been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited; (c) there is no active fraud investigation, chargeback dispute, or compliance review on the Account; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 50.000.
4.6 Prohibited Funding Methods. Players must not use payment methods registered in the name of a third party. 5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempts to claim promotions multiple times — including through duplicate Accounts — will be treated as abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in permanent Account closure.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. jjn33 employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple Accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus balances voided and may be permanently restricted from promotional offers.
5.5 Promotional Changes. jjn33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will complete that promotion under the terms active at the time of opt-in.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where jjn33 is found liable to a Player under any cause of action, jjn33's maximum aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.5 Third-Party Services. jjn33 is not liable for failures, errors, or delays attributable to third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications services. Any issues arising from the systems of BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or any other third-party provider are beyond jjn33's control and are not grounds for liability claims against jjn33.
11.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard timelines following Account closure confirmation. Any self-exclusion request will be processed immediately and overrides standard Account closure procedures.
11.2 jjn33-Initiated Suspension. jjn33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines any of the following:
11.3 Balance Upon Termination. In cases of Account termination for cause, jjn33 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. 12.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjn33 holds its operating license. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and jjn33 relating to Platform services, the Player should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jjn33 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to making good-faith efforts to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently without recourse to formal legal proceedings.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms applicable to bonuses claimed by the Player, constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and jjn33 and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
13.1 Right to Amend. jjn33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where an amendment is material — that is, where it substantively affects Player rights or obligations — jjn33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
13.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree to an amended Agreement, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
